Traffic Controller

Experienced and well known local traffic management company are ramping up for the busy season. About the Role: - Direct Traffic Safely: - Use stop/go signs, radios, or hand signals to safely control the flow of traffic around roadworks or events. - Currently working on multiple projects in Rotorua, Whakatane, Taupo & in between. - Communicate with Work Crews and Drivers: - Coordinate with construction teams and emergency services. - Provide clear instructions to drivers, pedestrians, and cyclists. Currently seeking Expressions of Interest from reliable Traffic Controllers (either experienced or willing to learn) to join our expanding team. Newly ticketed traffic controllers or those willing to undertake the training are encouraged to apply, with training and support provided. These positions offer a great level of flexibility with choices of nightshift, day shift, weekend work. The more availability you offer the more that can be offered. For the right candidates we can offer casual positions with prospect of career progression and guaranteed hours.

- Valid License (restricted minimum) - Clear communication skills, ability to take instructions - Able to pass a Medical along with frequent Drug & Alcohol tests - Valid NZ work rights - Pass MOJ Check Desirable: - STMS, TTM ticket - License's above class 1 If your license class, TTM cert, STMS are not on your cv, please provide details.
