About this job
We are looking for a motivated Sales Professional to join our retail team. This role is focused on delivering excellent customer service, achieving sales targets, and helping customers choose the right furniture for their homes. You will greet customers, understand their needs, provide product knowledge, and guide them through style, budget, and space options. You will also keep the showroom tidy, process sales accurately, and follow up on leads or customer inquiries. This role involves working with the team to meet store goals, supporting promotions, and assisting with stock and displays. Whats On Offer:

Sales Professional – Remuneration Your earnings are made up of two parts: 1. Base Salary • Your base salary will be between $30,000 and $35,000 per year. • This is the fixed amount you receive regardless of sales performance. 2. Commission & Bonuses • You’ll earn uncapped commission and bonuses based on your sales. • The more you sell, the more you earn—there’s no limit. 3. Guaranteed Minimum Income • Big Save guarantees a minimum income of around $52,000 per year. • If your base salary + commission doesn’t reach that amount in a pay period, Big Save will top it up so you still receive the guaranteed minimum. • This helps provide stability while you build your sales pipeline. 4. Starting Out • In your first few pay periods, you’ll usually receive the guaranteed minimum while you settle into the role and start generating sales. 5. Typical Earnings • The average annual income for a Sales Professional at Big Save is $78,000. • Many team members earn more than the guaranteed minimum once they’re up and running.
