As the Restaurant Manager, you will be the driving force behind the daily operations, ensuring smooth service, exceptional guest satisfaction, and a positive, productive team environment.
You’ll oversee everything from front-of-house operations to staff management, inventory, and financial performance—all while embodying the friendly, community-focused spirit of Matakana.
Job Requirements
Must have a minimum of 4 years experience as a restaurant manager Management experience within a fine dining restaurant would be a bonus Must have experience with inventory management Must hold a full Class 1 driver's licence Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug test
