Nightshift caregiver
About this job
Key Responsibilities include Treating residents and their family with respect and dignity Have an understanding of the HDC Code of Rights Assist and support residents to remain as independent as possible in their daily life To provide a safe caring environment for the residents and family Ensure the safety of yourself and others within the workplace To work effectively in a team environment including following directions from the Registered Nurse. The night shift team is expected to do a range of roles including resident cares, prepare the breakfast and respond to call bells quickly.
Medication administration Cleaning of common areas
Job Requirements
a minimum of attainment of the New Zealand Level 2 Health and Wellbeing Certificate and will have at least six months recent night shift experience
Must be able to pass all pre-employment checks Must hold a full class 1 license Must be able to work night shift

- Tues - Saturday nights 2300 - 0730 (40 hours per week)
