About this job
Extremely busy Avondale Cafe looking for part time experienced Front of House person with at least six months of experience. You will be a warm, friendly, energetic person and be able to greet customers confidently in a fast paced environment.
Duty involve:- • Greet customers, take orders, serve food/drinks from kitchen and cabinet food, build rapport with customers. • Handle POS / cash • Make sandwiches • Clear tables, maintain cleanliness/organisation of the coffee station/equipment and front-of-house areas. • Cafe Maintenance: Keep dining areas, counters, and equipment (like coffee machines) clean and stocked. • Barista skills and make coffee a bonus but not essential. • Having a Food Safety Certificate would be an advantage but not essential If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, love creating memorable guest experiences, and take pride in providing quality of service please apply.
Job Requirements
• Must have proven experience as Front of House and have 4 - 6 months of experience • Have a genuine passion for hospitality • Able to work in a very fast-paced environment • Must pass MOJ police check • Candidates must be drug free and be willing to undergo a drug test. • Be clean, organised, and maintain high food hygiene standards. • Be reliable and efficient • Have reliable transport to commute
