Office Administrator
About this job
The Office Administrator oversees daily operations, supporting the Board and sub-committees with managing administration, finance, and communications, while ensuring compliance and promoting the sport within the community.
Hours will vary week to week from 20-35 per week (details can be discussed further) Work is based at the Marlborough Hockey office in Springlands, Blenheim, however there is an option for some of the work to be carried out from home. This can also be discussed. A phone and laptop would be provided. Pay rate is $28-$30 per hour depending on experience
Job Requirements
You will need to have had significant experience within Administration including financial management. • Proficiency in Xero accounting software • Experience with database management • Strong organisational and time management skills with high attention to detail • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
