Landscape Labourer

We're looking for a motivated Labourer to support our crew across a range of landscaping and outdoor construction projects. If you enjoy physical work, being outdoors, and learning practical skills while taking pride in a job well done, this could be a great fit. About the role You'll work alongside experienced team members to help deliver landscaping and outdoor construction projects safely, efficiently, and to a high standard. This is a practical, on-the-tools role with plenty of opportunity to learn and grow. Key responsibilities: • General site labouring across landscaping and outdoor construction projects • Assisting with excavation, base preparation, moving materials, wheelbarrowing, compacting, and site clean-up • Safe use of hand and power tools (cutting, drilling, fixing, fastening, etc.) • Supporting installation work such as fencing, edging, planters, pavers, timber work, and concreting (as directed) • Following foreman instructions and maintaining quality standards • Keeping sites clean and organised - tools returned, rubbish removed, work areas tidy • Following all health & safety procedures, including PPE use and hazard awareness • Loading and unloading trailers, utes, and site deliveries

Skills & experience

Essential: • Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors in all conditions • Reliable, punctual, and willing to learn • Basic familiarity with tools and a strong focus on safety • Own reliable transport and Full NZ Driver Licence (restricted or full)

Preferred (but not essential): • Previous labouring or landscaping experience • WTR endorsement or willingness to train • Truck licence
