Shop Assistant – Tauranga
A leading technology retailer is seeking Shop Assistant in Tauranga to support day-to-day store operations. This is a full time, 30hrs/week role.
Key Responsibilities:
-Welcome customers and assist them in finding the right products to suit their needs -Provide expert product knowledge to support informed purchasing decisions -Deliver outstanding service and create a positive, memorable customer experience -Manage customer orders, deliveries, quotes, and product specifications efficiently -Stay up to date with the latest tech products through ongoing training and self-learning -Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, identify new sales opportunities, and follow up on leads

- Exceptional customer service skills with a genuine passion for helping people - Tech product knowledge is a plus - An outgoing personality and a strong team-player mindset - High attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy - Flexibility to work weekends and public holidays, as required in a dynamic retail environment
