Senior Cleaner

Location: North Shore

Role Summary The Senior Cleaner is responsible for cleaning and maintaining private residential homes to a high standard. The role involves travelling between client locations, following task schedules, using digital job management systems, and providing professional, reliable service to clients.

• Clean residential homes including bathrooms, kitchens, living areas, and bedrooms in accordance with company standards. • Vacuum, mop, dust, wipe surfaces, clean fittings, fixtures, glass, and high-touch areas. • Use eco-friendly, enzyme-based cleaning products and equipment safely and correctly. • Follow task lists and job instructions provided through Jobber. • Check in and out of jobs using the Jobber mobile application. • Record job notes, photos, and updates accurately in Jobber. • Identify and report maintenance issues, damage, or unusual conditions to the office. • Drive between client locations, managing routes and time efficiently. • Interact professionally and respectfully with clients at all times. • Maintain a high level of personal presentation, punctuality, and reliability.

• Minimum of two years’ demonstrable cleaning experience with a cleaning company. • Ability to work independently and manage daily tasks without supervision. • Strong attention to detail and ability to meet consistent quality standards. • Competence in using mobile apps and job management software, including Jobber. • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions. • Confident spoken and written English suitable for client communication and job documentation. • At least 3 months experience leading a team of cleaners.
