An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced and motivated Car Parts Sales Manager to join a busy and growing automotive dismantling yard. We are looking for a driven professional who understands the automotive parts industry and can lead a sales team to achieve strong results while maintaining excellent customer relationships.
About the Role: • Oversee day-to-day sales operations of the automotive dismantling yard • Manage and lead the sales team to achieve strong results • Grow revenue through effective sales strategies and team performance • Ensure outstanding customer service is delivered consistently • Take a hands-on leadership approach in a fast-paced automotive environment
Job Requirements
Key Responsibilities: • Manage and lead the parts sales team to achieve sales targets • Oversee inventory control and ensure efficient stock movement • Develop and maintain strong relationships with trade and retail customers • Monitor pricing strategies and maximise profitability • Coordinate with yard and dismantling teams to ensure parts availability • Train, mentor, and support sales staff • Handle escalated customer queries professionally
About You: • At least 1 year of relevant experience required. • Proven experience in automotive parts sales (dismantling yard experience highly desirable) • Previous leadership or management experience • Strong knowledge of vehicle parts and systems • Excellent communication and negotiation skills • Results-driven with strong organisational skills • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

- Standard hours between 8 am to 5.30 pm Mon - Fri (30 hours per week)
