Online Team Member

We’re on the lookout for a reliable and motivated Online Service Team Member to join our busy and supportive team in Hokitika. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys staying active, has great attention to detail, and takes pride in delivering excellent customer service. As part of our team, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our customers receive accurate, high-quality online orders on time. This is a hands-on role that requires organisation, efficiency, and a positive attitude. Your duties will include; Picking and packing online grocery orders accurately and efficiently; Ensuring product quality, freshness, and presentation meet our standards; Communicating clearly with customers and team members when substitutions are required; Meeting order deadlines in a fast-paced environment; Following food safety, health, and safety guidelines at all times; Assisting in other departments when required

Accuracy and efficiency; able to understand and work with product quality, freshness and presentation to meet our standard guidelines; clear communication and interpersonal relationships within our team and our customer base; Awareness of deadlines and able ot work in a fast paced environment; understanding of both Food and personal health and safety and a great team member able to step in and support other departments when required.

The role can be physically demanding, so a good level of fitness is required;
