We are looking for a motivated and passionate automotive Salesperson with a valid driver’s license, strong interpersonal skills, and a genuine passion for vehicles to sell cars and build long-term customer relationships. The role involves managing test drives, demonstrating vehicle features, and arranging finance options.
Key Responsibilities: • Customer Engagement: Greet clients, identify needs, and guide vehicle selection. • Sales Process: Conduct test drives, explain vehicle features/benefits, and negotiate deals. • Administrative Tasks: Process paperwork, manage customer follow-ups, and update the system.
Job Requirements
• Experience working within the automotive industry or car yard (required). • Licensing: Clean, full, or restricted manual driver’s license. • Experience: Proven track record in sales, customer service, or retail. • Skills: Exceptional communication, negotiation, and closing skills. • Knowledge: Understanding of vehicle mechanics, market trends, and financing. • Attributes: Target-driven, high energy, and professional demeanor. • Able to pass a MOJ check and a drug test
