Mens Behaviour Change Coordinator needed for full-time role in Penrose.
Establishing a culturally grounded Mens Behaviour Change Programme and is seeking a skilled leader to design set up and ensure MSD ready compliance for this initiative.
Key Responsibilities • Develop programme frameworks policies and referral pathways • Build partnerships with churches community leaders and sector specialists • Ensure MSD compliance and setup reporting • Develop training materials for future facilitators • Establish a culturally aligned values driven programme
Job Requirements
Programme development experience Strong cultural competency and community networks Understanding of behaviour change frameworks Ability to work independently and strategically Police Vetting required

- Monday to Friday 830am to 5pm (40 hours per week)

- $29 an hour dependant on experience and quals
