We are seeking permanent part-time (20 hours) skilled and detail-oriented Residential New Build Painter to join us. The hours may increase up to 40. This role focuses on painting and finishing newly constructed residential homes, ensuring high-quality workmanship and clean, consistent results that meet project specifications and deadlines.

Job Requirements

Key Responsibilities: • Prepare surfaces for painting, including sanding, filling, caulking, and priming • Apply paint, stains, and finishes using brushes, rollers, and sprayers • Paint interior and exterior surfaces of new residential homes • Protect floors, fixtures, and surrounding surfaces from paint splatter • Follow work orders, and color specifications • Maintain clean and organized job sites • Identify and report surface defects or quality issues • Adhere to safety standards and company procedures • Work efficiently to meet construction schedules and deadlines Qualifications & Skills

Ideal candidate will have experience in painting new residential construction (preferred) • Strong knowledge of surface preparation and finishing techniques • Experience with spray equipment is a plus • Ability to produce consistent, high-quality finishes • Good time management.

Days of work
Monday to Friday between 8am to 4pm. (20 hours per week)
