Looking for a reliable and empathetic person with excellent customer service and administration skills to join an automotive company based in Onehunga.
• Answer incoming phone calls and speak with customers in a professional manner • Check emails regularly and respond promptly • Manage and respond to online enquiries, forwarding them to the appropriate person in a timely manner • Provide helpful and empathetic customer support • Support day-to-day administrative tasks • Assist customers efficiently within the automotive industry
Job Requirements
• At least 1 year of experience working as an administrator in the automotive industry is required. • Excellent customer service skills • Holds a full or restricted driver’s licence • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Good computer literacy • Confident with phone and email communication • Reliable and empathetic attitude • Passion for the automotive industry • Able to pass a MOJ check and a drug test

- Standard 8 hours between 8 am to 5:30 pm Mon - Fri (30 hours per week)
