Kitchen Manager
About this job
You will be a highly motivated individual, capable of leading an established kitchen team (6-10 employees) to the next level.
You will be able to work well under pressure, maintain standards, and drive kitchen sales with attention to detail.
Responsible for menu planning, stock control, rostering, staff training, and compliance.
You will have proven experience in a high performing kitchen, as well as great interpersonal skills, and a positive attitude.
Job Requirements
Minimum of 2 years experience in a professional kitchen environment
