Serving customers and making sure that they receive prompt service Listening to customers to know about their queries, concerns and feedback Advising customers about the location of their preferred product, price and some general knowledge about the product Filling new stock into the store Receiving inventory and storing/handling it properly Adhering to the store policies at all times Participating in stock take and stock transfers Any other duties that may be asked from time to time.

Job Requirements

1-2 years Relevant work experience OR qualification in FMCG retail. Knowledge of Asian and Indian grocery items is preferred Passionate about the retail and long-term career in retail Ability to provide at least two positive references Physically fit and healthy Must be available on weekends and public holidays Able to speak or understand Punjabi and Hindi. Able to stand all shift.
