A well-established furniture removal company based in Onehunga is looking for a reliable Class 4 Truck Driver to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis.
Please note: Driving the Class 4 truck is part of the role; however, the most important aspect is the ability to carry out heavy lifting, as this is a furniture and freight removal role and not a freight-driving position with minimal physical work.
Duties include:
• Driving a Class 4 truck for furniture removals • Loading and unloading furniture safely and carefully • Working closely with offsiders and interacting with clients • Providing good customer service on-site • Keeping trucks clean, tidy, and well maintained • Ensuring all equipment is secured and looked after

Job Requirements
Must hold a valid full Class 4 driver's licence
Must be physically fit and capable of heavy lifting, as the role involves moving furniture and freight weighing up to 35–40kg for up to 10–12 hours per day
Must be able to pass a pre-employment police check and drug test
Must have a flexible schedule, as hours can range from 30–50 per week depending on how busy the workload is.

- The start times vary from 6:30-7:30am and finish times vary between 3:30-6:30pm until all moves are complete. (30 hours per week)
