Job Requirements

What You’ll Need: • A genuine passion for delivering great customer experience • Previous customer service experience (preferred but not essential) • Ideally, experience or knowledge of power tools, plumbing or goods inwards. • Physically fit - High Manual Handling • A willingness to learn about products and support across different departments • Integrity, Reliability, and a Positive Attitude • Commitment to workplace safety • Flexibility to work various shifts — including early mornings, late nights, and weekends • Able to pass pre-employment checks i.e. reference, medical and MOJ checks.
