A Lower Hutt Business is looking for a Hydro Excavation Driver Operator to join their team. You will be responsible for safely driving vehicles and operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting specialized equipment or machinery. Key duties include:
• Transporting goods, materials, or passengers. • Conducting vehicle inspections. • Performing minor maintenance. • Adhering to safety regulations. • Loading/unloading cargo.
Aspects of the work
• All weather - outdoors • Following plans and work instructions from an online platform • Getting instructions from on-site managers • Checking in with site managers at work completion and submitting reports online

Job Requirements
• Minimum clean class 2 or 4 license • Recent truck driving experience • Be physically fit • A good attitude towards health & safety • A willingness to learn new skills • Able to pass an alcohol and drug test • Case by case on MOJ • Reliable transport to get to the yard everyday
- Days of work
- Mon to Fri 6am starts finishing around 4 or 5, sometimes 7pm (40 hours per week)
