Support Worker
About this job
We believe in one simple vision: every life fully lived. We are a community that stands for people with intellectual disabilities, helping them grow, connect, and live life on their terms. As a Support Worker, you are not just doing a job, you are making a difference. You will be there to help people chase their goals, build independence, and find joy in everyday moments. That could mean cooking a meal, catching a bus, managing money, or simply being there when someone needs support. Sometimes, the people we support face challenging moments. They may feel frustrated or express this through their behaviour. Your role is to stand alongside them through these times, remaining calm, respectful, and focused on what matters most: their dignity and wellbeing. We provide training and tools to help you manage these situations safely and with care.
