Support Worker

As a Support Worker, you are not just doing a job, you are making a difference. You will be there to help people chase their goals, build independence, and find joy in everyday moments. That could mean cooking a meal, catching a bus, managing money, or simply being there when someone needs support. Sometimes, the people we support face challenging moments. They may feel frustrated or express this through their behaviour. Your role is to stand alongside them through these times, remaining calm, respectful, and focused on what matters most: their dignity and wellbeing. We provide training and tools to help you manage these situations safely and with care.

People who are resilient, practical, and able to think on their feet. Empathy and respect at all times. A willingness to learn and grow. No experience is required. If you have the right attitude, we will teach you everything you need to know. A full New Zealand driver licence and the right to work in New Zealand are required.
