About this job

A well-established hotel is seeking a Reservations Staff Member to join their friendly team. Responsibilities will include reservations and reception work as well as general administration. You will have good customer services, communication and computer skills. Ideally you will have hotel office experience but this is not essential.

Job Requirements

- Reservations experience would be an advantage but not essential - High customer service and administrative skills - Confident with MS Office Suite, comfortable with learning new digital tools and software - Great at communication and understands working in a team, with rostered shifts - Available weekends and has high flexibility, shifts can start as early as 6.30am and as late as 9pm - Reliable transport
