Receptionist and Office Admin

We have an opportunity for a Receptionist/Administrator for a local primary school in Miramar.
You will be - the first point of contact for students, staff and stakeholders/visitors - providing administrative support to ensure smooth operation on a daily basis - responsible for managing enrolment of new students and student absences - ensuring stock orders and/or school maintenance jobs are processed in a timely fashion
Job Requirements
This is a very important role for the school so to be considered you will bring: - minimum 3 years in a Reception or Office administration role - working experience with youth/children OR some community/voluntary involvement will be a preference - Very strong computer skills and attention to detail - Excellent communication and engagement - Unwavering positive attitude and energy - Must pass MOJ and drug test

- 4 days per week. Monday – Thursday 08:30 am-3:30pm (26 hours per week)
