Traffic Controllers

We are seeking reliable and motivated Traffic Controllers to join our team. This is a great opportunity for people looking for flexible work, with the potential for regular hours during our busy periods.

Job Description As a Traffic Controller, you will play a key role in maintaining safety on work sites and public roads. Your responsibilities will include: - Setting up, maintaining, and removing traffic management sites - Directing traffic and pedestrians safely around work areas - Working closely with crew members and supervisors to ensure site safety - Following traffic management plans and health & safety procedures

Shifts are available across 7 days a week, with work predominantly Monday to Friday. Hours may vary depending on project requirements and weather conditions.

Most roles will be offered on a casual contract, with the opportunity to work 30+ hours per week during busy periods.

To be successful in this role, you will need: - A Class 1 Restricted driver licence or higher - Reliable transport to get to and from work - Flexibility to work varying shifts, including early starts, late finishes, and occasional weekends - A positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team - Pass a pre-employment drug test - Experience and current traffic control tickets are preferred but not essential — training opportunities may be available for the right candidates. - Criminal convictions will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
