ABOUT THE ROLE:
We're looking for a friendly, customer-focused Receptionist / Office Administrator to join our team. This role is central to the smooth running of the clinic and requires excellent communication and a warm, professional approach. You'll support both clients and physiotherapists in a busy, rewarding environment. To succeed, you'll need to be:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Managing phone calls, emails, and enquiries Coordinating diaries and bookings for five physiotherapists Checking and ordering supplies Assisting with advertising and marketing Managing ACC clients, invoicing, and liaising with ACC case managers Greeting patients, booking appointments, taking payments Invoicing and receipting Scanning, data entry, and document typing Monitoring the waiting room Reconciling EFTPOS and daily takings Records management Keeping the clinic tidy and maintaining stock
YOU WILL NEED TO BE:
Supportive of diversity and comfortable with people from all backgrounds An excellent oral and written communicator Accurate with spelling, grammar, and detail Highly organised, able to take initiative, and able to work independently Discreet and diplomatic with confidential information

Job Requirements
Previous administration / reception experience. Experience in a similar role will be highly regarded; however, training will be provided for the right person. Exceptional customer service skills Sound computer skills: confidence using Word and Excel - full training will be provided in our Patient Management Software (Cliniko) Empathy and a caring attitude Must also be able to pass an MOJ check and drug test
