We’re looking for a motivated Trainee Windscreen Glazier to join a busy automotive workshop. This is a hands-on role with full training provided, ideal for someone new to the workforce who’s keen to learn a trade and build a career in the automotive industry.
About the Role: You’ll start from the ground up and be trained across all aspects of windscreen and vehicle glass work, including: Grooming and preparing vehicles Assisting in the workshop with general duties Windscreen chip repairs Learning windscreen replacement Calibration and recalibration of windscreens As your skills grow, so will your responsibilities.
Hours & Employment Type: 20–25 hours per week, 2–3 days per week Part-time / casual to start, with the opportunity to move into full time permenant hours
About You: Physically fit and comfortable with hands-on work At least a restricted licence and reliable transport to get to work Reliable, eager to learn, and willing to start from scratch No experience needed — full training provided. Some mechanical knowledge is a bonus. A genuine interest in cars and the automotive industry is also needed Positive attitude and pride in your work
