We are looking to hire a motivated and reliable individual to join our team at the Materials Recovery Facility (MRF). This is a physically demanding role, ideal for someone who is fit, eager to work, and can stand for up to 8 hours a day. Key Responsibilities: • Assist in sorting waste and recyclables on a fast-moving conveyor belt. • Ensure the correct separation of materials into designated bins. • Work as part of a team to maintain efficiency and productivity in the facility. • Handle a variety of waste materials, which may include dirty and unpleasant items, so a strong stomach is essential! Job Requirements
• Ability to stand for long periods and work in a physically demanding environment. • Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new tasks. • A good sense of humor – we like to keep the atmosphere light and enjoy a good laugh while working! • WTR and F qualifications are advantageous but not essential, as full training will be provided.
