Spa Attendant \ Night Cleaner – Spa & Pool Facilities

A busy Spa facility is seeking a reliable and versatile Spa Attendant / Night Cleaner to support both daytime guest services and overnight cleaning operations. This dual role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, takes pride in high standards, and is comfortable working across different shifts.

During day shifts, you will help create a calm, welcoming environment for guests by supporting spa operations and customer service. During night shifts, you will be responsible for deep cleaning and maintaining spa and pool facilities to ensure they meet strict hygiene and safety standards for the following day.

Duties include: -Provide friendly, professional customer service to spa guests -Prepare and maintain spa facilities, including monitoring water quality and pool temperatures -Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation across all areas -Restock towels, robes, and amenities -Respond to guest enquiries in a polite and professional manner -Overnight deep cleaning of private pools, hydrotherapy pools, herbal pools, and geothermal pools -Deep clean spa areas including mud rooms, sauna spaces, and concourse areas -Ensure all Health & Safety procedures are followed at all times -Safely handle and use cleaning chemicals and equipment -Identify and report maintenance issues or hazards promptly

Rostered shifts across days, evenings, and nights: -Day shifts may include: 8am\ 10am\ 2:30pm starts. -Night shifts will be: 10pm – 8:30am

1- Min of 6 months of Customer-facing Service experience- Previous spa, hospitality, cleaning, or aquatic experience preferred but not essential. 2- Willingness to learn pool chemistry and safety procedures (training provided). 3- Be willing and able to work across all the stated hours and days ( including nights and weekends) . 4- Consent to MOJ check - employer will consider Criminal convictions on a case by case basis.
