Driver Warehouse Picking

We are currently seeking a reliable and motivated Secure Collections Driver, Warehouse Picker to join our team.

This role involves a mix of driving, client pick ups, deliveries, and warehouse picking activities. You will be responsible for collecting secure bins or boxes from client sites, replacing them with empty units, and returning full items to our warehouse for processing.

This is a physically active, hands on position within a friendly and supportive team environment.

Key Responsibilities

Collect and replace secure document bins or boxes from businesses across Wellington. Load, transport, and unload full bins, boxes safely Complete scheduled deliveries and pick ups Use scanning equipment and computer systems with training provided Assist with general warehouse duties, including picking and organising stock Maintain a high standard of customer service during all client interaction Follow all safety and security protocols

Requirements

• Full, clean NZ driver licence • Ability to pass a clean Ministry of Justice check • Ability to pass a drug test • Good physical fitness — able to lift 16–20 kg boxes repeatedly throughout the day • Good communication skills • Basic computer skills, experience with scanners or warehouse systems is helpful, training provided
