Reputable drainage system company based in Henderson is on the lookout for an experienced Drainlayer to join their growing team. The company is known for handling challenging jobs and the unusual ones, the head scratchers. Clients call them when they want the problem solved properly, the first time.

About the role

You will be working across a variety of residential and commercial drainage projects and maintenance work all across Auckland diagnosing problems, handling a range of jobs solo or with the team representing the company with skill, pride and a bit of banter. No two days are the same, and you will be supported by a skilled, down to earth team who take pride in their work.

- Full, clean NZ driver licence - WTR and Class 2 preferred. - Confined Space and First Aid trained beneficial but not essential - Certified, registered or apprentice drainlayer. - Strong knowledge of NZ drainage standards. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - A good attitude, positive mindset and hunger for growth - Ability to work in a fast paced, constantly changing environment - High quality workmanship and a desire to do a great job every time. - Practical mindset and be able to think on your feet. - Take pride in your work and go the extra mile to make sure every job is complete to the company standard. - Be solutions focused, think and act fast. - Communicate clearly with clients and the team.
