Driver / Operator

We’re on the lookout for a reliable, motivated Driver / Operator to join our team. This role helps keep essential community infrastructure running smoothly—and gives you a solid mix of driving, operating equipment, and hands-on work to keep things interesting.

What You’ll Be Doing

Servicing litter bins across assigned areas (keeping the streets looking sharp)

Carrying out sumping and vacuum work

General labouring and site support—jumping in where needed

Assisting with the operation and maintenance of essential community infrastructure

Operating vehicles and equipment safely and efficiently (we like things done right the first time)

No two days are exactly the same—and that’s kind of the point.

What You’ll Bring

A full Class 4 driver licence (non-negotiable—you’ll need the keys)

A hands-on, can-do attitude and willingness to roll up your sleeves

The ability to work outdoors and handle physical tasks—rain or shine

A strong focus on safety and teamwork (looking out for yourself and your crew)

Reliability and solid time management—you show up, on time, ready to go

Clear, confident communication skills

The ability to pass a pre-employment MOJ check and drug test
