Vacancy: Class 4 Hot mix Tipper Truck Driver – Full Time / Casual Location: South Auckland

A South Auckland-based company operating in the roading, construction, and civil industries is seeking experienced Class 4 Hot mix Tipper Truck Drivers to join our growing team.

This is a full-time/casual position offering flexible day and night shifts. The role is ideal for someone who is reliable, proactive, and able to work flexible hours as required.

We are looking for candidates with a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities: • Operating Class 4 Hot mix Tipper Trucks • Milling and loading from various plants across Auckland • Backing up into pavers • Carting aggregate and other materials • Tipping off materials safely and efficiently • Following all on-site health and safety protocols • Meeting customer site requirements • Completing all required administrative tasks, including maintaining driving logbooks and site visitor registers.

Job Requirements: • Valid NZ Class 4 Driver’s Licence • Proven experience in HOTMIX work (milling, plant loading, backing into pavers) – essential • Experience operating Road Ranger 18-speed gearbox – essential • Strong backing and reversing skills • Experience carting and tipping aggregate and materials • Good on-site knowledge and commitment to health & safety practices • Ability to pass initial and ongoing drug testing • Good communication skills • Physically fit and reliable • Available for on call shift, prior noticed will be given to start as of supplying hot mix. • Able to pass drug test, criminal convictions will be considered - case by case.
