Assess plan deliver and evaluate resident centred care in partnership with residents and whanau Respond to clinical issues with sound judgement and timely interventions Provide clinical guidance and supervision to care staff on duty Complete accurate documentation and communicate effectively with the broader team Manage medication administration safely and in line with best practice Support the wellbeing and dignity of our residents with professionalism and compassion
Job Requirements

You will be InterRai Trained.
You will be working autonomously and leading a small team
