All Rounder – Family Bakery (Lower Hutt)

A friendly, family-owned bakery in Lower Hutt is looking for a reliable All Rounder to join the team. You’ll start part-time, with hours growing over time, and get full training across the business. Ideal if you’re keen to retrain and settle into long-term work.

What you’ll do (once trained):

Serve customers, handle cash, fill cabinets, make coffee (we’ll teach you)

Keep things clean and tidy

Help with baking, sandwiches, catering and deliveries

Thrive in a busy, no-two-days-the-same environment

Hours:

Shifts may include 9am–2pm or 3am–11am

Must be able to move to full-time with 3am starts after training (the bread waits for no one)

Physically fit – comfortable lifting up to 20kg (the bread may be light on the soul, but not always on the arms )

Able to get to work at 3am and help with deliveries using the company vehicle (early starts, empty roads, fresh bread perks )
