Administration Project Officer
About this job
A community multi-cultural organisation seeks a Project Administrator for a fixed term to assist with a change project across its network of councils. Responsibilities include: • Responding to general enquiries from Network Coordinators and providing necessary services. • Managing mail and courier services. • Maintaining the Network website and various databases. • Providing central office management support in collaboration with the Head of Operations. • Offering secretarial support at project meetings. • Supporting event management.
Job Requirements
Ability to effectively interact with a wide variety of people in a manner that positively portrays the Federation and awareness of the Treaty of Waitangi Ability to work effectively with a diverse population of community leaders, volunteers, partners and stakeholders Some understanding of the NGO sector in New Zealand This is a Flexi wage project in the Community role for a fixed term
