Are you passionate about helping people build confidence in the water? We’re looking for an enthusiastic Swim Instructor to join our team ASAP!
We teach a wide range of swimmers - from babies and toddlers to school-aged children and adults. We welcome applicants who are confident teaching any of these age groups.
As a Swim Instructor, you will: • Deliver engaging, safe, and enjoyable swimming lessons • Support swimmers in developing confidence and essential water skills • Provide encouragement and feedback tailored to each learner • Contribute to a fun, welcoming, and inclusive environment

We are looking for coverage during the following times, but we're happy to work with the right candidate to create a schedule that fits.
Permanent shifts: • Monday 8:50am-11:50am • Tuesday 9:00am-11:30am • Tuesday 3:20pm-6:25pm • Sunday 8:20am-11:40am Additional flexible shifts between 9:15am - 3:00pm

Job Requirements
We are looking for someone who is: • Comfortable being in the water for extended periods • Enthusiastic, encouraging, and positive • Willing, consistent, and committed to supporting learners of all levels • Aware of their surroundings to help maintain a safe and supportive environment • Confident working with both small and large groups • Able to communicate clearly with learners and caregivers • Reliable and flexible, with the ability to work a variety of shifts including weekends • Open to learning - full training is provided, so while experience is an advantage, it’s not essential. We’re mainly looking for people with the right attitude. • Can pass Police Vetting and drug tests

- Shifts available 7 days a week, typically 3-4 hours at a time. Offering a mix of permanent and flexible shift options. (15 hours per week)
