Qualified Hairdresser / Hair Stylist

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Hairdresser to join our busy salon. The role involves providing professional hairdressing services while maintaining high standards of customer care, hygiene, and workplace safety.

Key Tasks, Duties & Responsibilities • Cutting, trimming and styling men’s and women’s hair • Hair colouring services including foils, highlights, balayage and full colour • Blow-waving and finishing styles Hair treatments such as conditioning, smoothing and repair services • Client consultations and advice on suitable styles and hair care products • Maintaining cleanliness of tools, equipment and work areas • Managing bookings and delivering excellent customer service • Recommending and selling retail hair products • Following salon policies and health & safety requirements

Location Fruition for Hair - East Tamaki, Auckland. Work will be based at the above location only. No travel between locations is required.

Employment Type Permanent, full-time Minimum guaranteed 30 hours per week Days & Hours of Work Rostered shifts, Monday to Sunday Weekend work included Rotating roster may apply based on business needs

Minimum Skills, Experience & Qualifications Applicants must have: • Minimum 3 years of relevant hairdressing work experience, OR A recognised hairdressing qualification • Ability to perform a full range of hairdressing services independently. • Good communication and customer service skills • Professional appearance and reliable work ethic
