Pharmacy Sales Assistant

Key Responsibilities: Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner Process sales transactions and handle cash accurately Provide information and advice on over-the-counter medications and health products Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the pharmacy Work collaboratively with the pharmacy team to ensure efficient operations Uphold high standards of customer service and adhere to pharmacy regulations Unpack, receive, and price stock in the shop General merchandising, displays, and stock maintenance

Must have at least 2 years New Zealand Community Pharmacy Retail Assistant Experience Previous experience in retail or customer service preferred Knowledge of pharmacy products and medications is an advantage Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks Attention to detail and accuracy in handling medications and transactions Reliable, trustworthy, and committed to providing exceptional service
