KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Build Sales: Identify community partners; create and implement local store marketing; drive sales initiatives to meet goals. Manage Costs: Control food portioning; manage inventory; adjust staffing; follow cash handling procedures. Customer Service: Meet Customer Satisfaction Guarantee; achieve STAR targets; resolve complaints; complete callbacks. Safety & Compliance: Apply safety standards; communicate issues; enforce policies; report incidents within 24 hours. Staffing: Distribute applications; pre-screen candidates; assist hiring; complete onboarding; cover Store Manager leave. Training & Quality: Train staff; ensure P2E completion; maintain stock levels; monitor expiry dates; ensure safe handling. KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS Cost control; customer feedback; service metrics (EDT, OTD, Singles %, Pick-up %, Load Times); cash variances; STAR, FSE, and Health & Safety compliance.

Job Requirements

Complete Path to Excellence (P2E) training platform (Levels 1-6), all current promotional training, and any additional training required by your Manager. Also, you may need a relevant Level 5 qualification or above if you do not meet the experience requirement.
