A well known sushi brand is currently looking for Long Term team members to join their team.
employees are expected to uphold our food quality, safety and service standards, Food Preparation & Cooking : Prepare and present food to high standards, handling ingredients ( vegetable, meat, rice, seafood and others ) and using cooking equipment safely under supervision, Follow instructions precisely. Food Safety and Hygiene : Maintain a clean and hygienic kitchen, dining area and surrounding areas. Follow food handling procedures and MPI requirements, Maintenance: Ensure all equipment is clean and operational before use, report any issues to senior staff. Stock & Goods Management : receive, check and store supplies properly. Monitor stock levels and report shortages. Customer Service & Promotion: Provide friendly service, assist in suggestive selling, and support promotions, Teamwork & Training : Work collaboratively and help train new staff as needed.

Job Requirements
More than six months of verifiable work experience or qualification, NZQF level 1 or higher, such as the Australian Food handling Certificate ( AQF Level 1 ) or micro-credentials related to food business, such as the New Zealand Food Safety certificate to carry out the assigned tasks : Good command of English to carry out the above duties : Personal hygiene is essential: Punctuality, hospitality and diligent work ethic are highly valued
