Driver/Yardman

Based in Ashburton, are you looking for a driving role with that little bit extra? We have a great opportunity for a current driver to make the move into a more dynamic driving role, and to graduate up through to a Class 5 license which we will support you to achieve.

As a driver with our company, you will be in charge of a Class 2 truck fitted with a truck mounted crane (Hiab) and full tip deck. You will be driving to uplift and collect scrap metals in all shapes and forms from a wide range of our customers – including commercial sites, residential address, and farms.

The role requires a ‘hands on’ work approach which will require you to have a good level of fitness, and incorporates yardman duties when not out on the road.

This is an ongoing role that begins through a partnered agency, who administers the recruitment process on our behalf with the potential to become a permanent placement.
