Front of House Team Member

A local boutique hotel and restaurant located in the central city is looking for an experienced and confident Front of House team member, who can provide excellent customer service to join one of Whanganui’s busiest and most popular restaurants.
This is a part-time role, working three afternoon/evening shifts per week (from 3pm or 5pm– approximately 10.30pm), including some weekend shifts.
You will be a great fit if you: • Experience in a similar hospitality role; • Socially confident, very personable & highly service-focused; • Able to cope with the demands of working in a fast-paced restaurant environment; • Comfortable using tablet ordering systems; • Reliable, punctual and have flexible availability; • Hold a full driver’s license as evening shifts will often finish after 10pm • Physically fit and able to be on your feet for long periods

Job Requirements
• Must be able to pass a police check. • A minimum of 6 months experience in hospitality is required. • Must be extremely reliable, punctual and have flexible availability.
