Care Placement Co-ordinator

This leading Home Care Health Provider is needing an experienced Care Placement Co-ordinator. Based in their Northwest Office in Westgate you will be a dedicated member of the Co-ordinators answering calls and ensuring their clients with health issues receive continuous high quality care.
They support individuals who are elderly, have physical difficulties, high medical needs and or challenging behaviours. It is a fast paced, high volume role that requires exceptional organisation and the ability to think on your feet and work under pressure. You will be in daily contact with a wide range of people, so strong interpersonal communication skills and a calm and profession approach is key to success.
About you: A minimum of 1-2 years experience working in the Home Healthcare sector or disability sector Level 3 or equivalent Certificate in Health and Wellbeing Experience rostering staff and clients Intermediate level in MS Word products and accurate data entry skills Clear spoken and written English Previous experience in a call centre environment preferred Clean Police Vet
Good hourly rate of pay
