Tipper Truck Driver (Experienced)

Downer are looking for an experienced Tipper Driver Operator to join their Auckland operations. As a Driver Operator for one of the largest infrastructure business’ in New Zealand, you will be involved in exciting projects requiring you to pick up civil work, the operation of heavy machinery and preparation of sites.. You will be responsible for operating the Tipper truck to transport and unload loose earth, and support with general labouring work when required.

To be successful within this role we are looking for someone who has experience operating civil machinery, along with the below:

- At least 2 years of experience operating Tipper trucks - Appropriate Driver’s License/s Class 4/5 - Exposure to Milling and Paving works would be a advantage, but training can be given to the right candidate - The ability to work hands-on as a team player - Good timekeeping skills – punctuality and reliability is key! - Must pass drug test - Must be willing to undergo criminal background check (convictions considered on case-by-case basis)
