• Support the Site/Production Manager in day-to-day manufacturing operations • Supervise production staff and step in as site lead when required • Assist with production scheduling, staffing, and shift cover • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and food quality standards • Monitor production output, stock levels, and raw materials • Assist with training, performance support, and team leadership • Help identify and resolve operational issues efficiently
Job Requirements
• Previous experience in manufacturing, food or beverage production is an advantage • Strong leadership and communication skills • Ability to work under pressure and problem-solve effectively • High attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety • Must pass all pre-employment checks – police, health and drug tests. • Must have reliable transportation to go to work. • Acceptable to 12hrs shift schedule.

- Monday to Thursday (7am-7pm) / Friday (7am-10am) (40 hours per week)

- $25 to $29 / hr depending on experience
