A Taupo CBD-based hotel is looking for a supervisor to support its Housekeeping Manager in leading and supporting their hardworking housekeeping team. This is a hands-on role where you’ll lead by example, manage daily operations, and ensure our high standards are consistently met. Duties include: making beds, cleaning rooms and bathrooms, supervising the team. This is a high energy role. Applicants should have supervisory experience and be physically fit.
Job Requirements
At least 2 years’ housekeeping experience in a busy hotel environment Supervisory or managerial experience (advantageous but not essential) A positive, high-energy, can-do attitude Strong attention to detail and pride in your work Ability to manage a large team and meet daily deadlines Flexibility to work weekdays, weekends, and public holidays
