Sales Administrator

Based in East Tamaki, we are seeking a detail-oriented and organised Sales Administrator to support our sales team and ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of sales activities. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys coordination, customer interaction, and working in a fast paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and process sales orders, invoices, and related documentation accurately and in a timely manner • Maintain up-to-date customer, pricing, and sales records • Provide administrative support to the sales team, including reports, schedules, and follow-ups • Communicate with customers regarding orders, pricing, and delivery status • Coordinate with internal teams such as finance, logistics, and operations to support sales processes • Manage general administrative tasks related to sales activities

Job Requirements
* Must have strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Mandarin Chinese. * Experience in at least a sales administration or office support role (outlined on CV) * Computer literate able to navigate MS Office Suite (word, Excel) * Attention to detail and ability to multitask * Excellent initiative to make well-rounded decisions. * Must be able to undergo and pass a MOJ check * Must be able to undergo and pass a drug test
