Team Member

A North Shore–based employer is looking for a Full-Time Team Member to join their busy and friendly team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in preparing quality food.

Key Responsibilities: - Prepare burger patties, sauces, and a range of fresh toppings such as lettuce, tomato, cheese, onions, and pickles, following company recipes and standards - Cook burgers to the required specifications by carefully controlling grill temperatures and cooking times to ensure consistent quality - Deliver high-quality customer service by taking orders, answering questions, and creating a positive experience for every customer - Collaborate effectively with team members to meet daily sales objectives and achieve store performance targets (KPIs) - Regularly check stock levels and inform the Store Manager when replenishment is required. - Maintain a clean, safe, and hygienic work environment by sanitising work areas and properly cleaning and storing equipment and utensils - Assemble and package food orders accurately and attractively for dine-in and takeaway customers - Carry out food deliveries and collect supplies from vendors as required to support smooth operations

• Relevant work experience is preferred but not mandatory. • Availability to work weekends and late shifts. • Good communication and interpersonal skills. • Reliable, organised, and able to perform well in a fast-paced setting. • Physically fit to stand for extended periods. • Hardworking, self-motivated, and flexible with shift schedules. • Must pass all pre-employment checks.
