Auto Parts Salesperson

If you are a motivated and knowledgeable Auto Parts Salesperson who is keen to join a growing team at a Palmerston North based dismantling yard, then this may be the job for you. Key Responsibilities • Assist customers in identifying the correct automotive parts and accessories • Process sales orders in-store, online, and over the phone • Maintain product knowledge to advise customers effectively • Order, receive, and stock auto parts • Handle returns, warranty claims, and customer enquiries • Maintain a clean, organised, and efficient sales area • Build strong relationships with customers and suppliers • Loading stock new and recycled into our stock control system • Remove parts from vehicles

• Previous experience in auto parts sales • Strong knowledge of automotive parts and terminology • Excellent communication and customer service skills • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment • Computer literacy (POS systems, inventory software) • Attention to detail and strong organisational skills • Minimum of a Restricted Driver licence * Must be able to pass an MOJ check and drug testing A CV and brief cover letter is required to apply for this position
