Assistant Store Manager

Seeking a hands on Assistant Store Manager in Alicetown to support store performance, lead from the shop floor and help build a motivated, high performing team.
You’ll work closely with the Store Manager to drive sales, deliver great customer experiences, and keep operations running smoothly in a fast paced retail environment.

Job Requirements
-Retail leadership or management experience -A natural ability to motivate, coach, and develop others -A strong customer-first mindset -Operational confidence and attention to detail -A willingness to learn -Must be able to pass pre-employment MOJ check.
